Inside the generic Côtes de Provence appellation, the Sainte Victoire upper-appellation valorises an area where is produced pure premium wines.

The soil and climate of Sainte Victoire area have no other comparison in Provence. This terroir have an important impact on our wine personality. In order to reinforce this personality, our wines have a strict wine making process:
1. Selection of best parcels of the vineyard.
2. Adapted grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault.
3. A minimum aging period.
4. A final tasting valides the quality and specificity level of each wine. If a wine does not archive the Sainte Victoire profile, it goes down to generic AOC Côtes de Provence level.
