Tasting
With its brilliant crimson colour, this wine has a typical and overwhelming bouquet of black fruit soaked in spices, and venison. On the palate, this wine is structured and deliciously flavoursome, with fruit aromas. It can be drunk slightly cooled. After three or four years of ageing, its colour will be rounder, with an amber hue, and it will develop deeper and more delicate flavours and aromas. In this case, it should be brought to room temperature (16° to 17°c) before drinking. |
