A vineyard is like a rose, It needs an everyday work to be nice and can not admit of a single mistake.
We have a marvellous vineyard thanks to our ancestors’ efforts. We want to protect this value for the next generation and by respect to our previous generations. Here is the “familial estate” signification.
The estate is certificated “Sustainable farming” by the “Nutrition Méditerranéenne” brand and controlled by an independent organism. Each one of our actions valorises the soil potential and the biological auto defence of the plant.
We are using mechanic weed control without chemical. After trench-ploughing, we are waiting 8 years to respect the soil regeneration. We cultivate wheat and chickpeas to fertilise the soil with natural azotes and manure. |
