GRAPE VARETIES & PLOTS<\/strong>
\nPlot S\u00e9lection :
\n70% Syrah, Fortunette plots.
\n30% Grenache, Figui\u00e8resplots.
\nVINIFICATION<\/strong>
\nDestemming of the grapes.
\nAlcoholic fermentation at 30\u00b0C with hand punch down.
\nPost-fermentation maceration for 10 days at 30\u00b0C, pumping over.
\nMalolactic fermentation.
\nBlending of the grape varieties.
\nNo filtration, No barrel ageing.
\nVINTAGE 2010<\/strong>
\nwet spring but no disease. Two well-timed rainfalls during the summer. A rich and well balanced vintage.
\nTASTING NOTES<\/strong>
\nbright violet colour. The palate is broad and deep with intense aromas of black fruit, violet, chocolate and fresh spices. The finish is delicate with airy tannins. Serve at 18\u00b0C with gourmet food like quail or game birds.
